If you are prone to altitude sickness, rest for a day or two at Darchen before starting your Mount Kailash Kora. If you have a lot of luggage, you can rent yaks and hire porters. If you are physically weak, you can also ride a horse. If altitude sickness symptoms persist or worsen, you should immediately descend to a lower altitude.
